Book fair(y) in numbers

Each year, the Book Fair(y) is visited by more than 60,000 people, which makes it the most visited happening during the winter months in Istria and the most visited literary event in Croatia. Considering the number of publishers, programmes and events it involves, the Book Fair(y) is the top event in Croatia:

• more than 300 Croatian and foreign publishers exhibit more than 20,000 book titles

• more than 200 programme participants each year: writers, editors, translators, librarians, musicians, actors, visual artists...

• from 80 to 100 additional events in 10 days: presentations of books and authors, round table debates, conferences, panel discussions, exhibitions, concerts, performances, theatre shows...
