The White and Black Seas and L’altra costa/ The other Coast

Professional collaborations, acquaintances and friendships initiated between the Turkish, Italian and Croatian literary scenes during the last year’s Fair(y) will continue with joint activities this year as well. The presence of Italian authors and bilingualism in achieving the programme’s objectives is part of the Fair(y)’s uniqueness, which further promotes the coexistence of these two cultures in the same area. The programme under the title L’altra costa/ The Other Coast will be held at Circolo, the Italian Community Centre in Pula. The programme will introduce the novelties from the Italian cultural milieu, while our dear, old and new friends from Turkey will join us to present some of the most recent Turkish book titles as part of the programme The White and Black Seas.
